Updated light fixtures replaced dated builder-grade selections, adding subtle character and improving the overall ambiance. Together, these updates created the quiet structure necessary for the rest of the design to unfold intentionally.

The powder room became one of the most delightful transformations in the home. Working alongside a trusted handyman and wallpaper installer, we introduced statement wallpaper and a deep green vanity. Powder Rooms offer a wonderful opportunity to introduce bold personality in a contained, memorable way. This refreshed space now feels layered and confident rather than overlooked.

Since the dining room is visible from the front entry, it plays an important role in shaping first impressions. An oversized, colorful painting now commands the room, offering a vibrant welcome and setting the tone for the spaces beyond. To complement this focal point, we thoughtfully repurposed modern blue and teal floral draperies that had been made for the client’s previous home.
